Cancellation Policy: Customers have rights to cancel our services at any moment of time. We have the right to ask basic questions before canceling any services. Once the service is canceled by the customer and wishes to opt-in again they can opt-in at any time.
Refund Policy: We do not have any refund policy. To serve better to our customer we provide a video demo of our product. This demo is designed to provide the complete and clear picture of the product.
Supporting during the installations or uses: As refunds are not applicable, we are committed to provide start to end support to our valuable customers for a 15 days of time (After purchasing the product / services from us).
Advance Payment Policy: Customer needs to pay 30% of the original cost of the product / services in advance as a token amount. If customers do not like the product / services after the first demo. We will return the 20% of the amount to the customer.
Paid Promotion Payment Policy: If you wish to collaborate with us then, the customer needs to pay 25% of original cost in advance as a token amount. 75% of the payment needs to be paid before the launch of the video. If a customer delayed / unpaid the amount, ExcelDose has the right to pause/remove the video.
Exceptions: Refund may not be issued in following circumstances:
- Abuse of service
- Downloadable products
- Modification to the original code
